Pension Fund - Not yet recd

I was working in Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd between May 1998 to Nov. I quit the company due to personal reasons. Since I worked there for over 10 years, the company asked me to fill up Form No. 10C (EPS) which I have done and submitted to the said organisation. My EPF No. is 5653.

Till date I have not got any response from EPFO, Mumbai nor the amount which I have asked in the form of DD. Request the concerned authority to look into the above matter and ensure that the necessary dues are repaid in full asap.
