I Have Purchase e-Phone Multimedia (Mobile) with

ORDER NUMBER 66975 But it was found Damage (Crack)

condition.

Sir, I have complained & ITEM has been Returned on dated

13/10/09 also received by yourself on dated 16/10/09 by

First flight courier services No. U65296175.

Pl. Look in to the matter.
