My name is S.V. Ramachandran, consumer No, 21427 (Customer No.3199) registered with Superflame Gas Agency, 103 Valluvar Kottam High Road, Chennai 600034. The refill cylinders for Nov bears Batch No. AJ23 - A-10 Best date 11/97, and for December - Batch No. IP660 - C-10, Best Date 08/00. Both cylinders were completely rusted, dented and sometimes gas leakage smell emenated. Are they (IOC Bottling Plants) not supposed to issue new cylinders?
