FAILED PRODUCT, REIMBURSEMENT NEEDED URGENTLY

I bought CX5500 in the month of Oct 08, after every 5 - 6 prints, i have to replace the cardtride,

every time different colour cartridge..

early changes, vendor suggested..since the printer would be in stock before launching... the cartridge may have dried up..so 4 new cartridge., i have invested more than Rs.4000 .just to replace cartridge since Nov. 08 till Feb. 09, i have as many as 17 cartridges in my office, they are like toys... to me..

i mean such a useless product... I've never seen in my entire career, it takes almost 3-4 mins to boot..

& sucks lot of inks..

I feel so frustrated now.. i wish i would campaign about this company by word of mouth... not to buy any product from this company... i would not mind wasting my time & money doing so..

worst part is i say on outskirts of Mumbai city..i have to go to Mumbai to buy cartridges... so painful it is...

I feel sorry for the moment i read the review of this product before the launch.
