Dear sir,

This is to inform you that I had purchased a Bajaj Mixer Gx-8 and an Equity electric roster on the day of last Dhanteras (26/10) through cash payment from Spencer’s retail shop at Gorakhpur location. Cash receipt no. is 1540 for Rs.1899/- & 1547 for Rs. 1000/-. I am very happy with Bajaj Mixer but I am very disappointed with Equity electric roster. This is a very dangerous product for a family.

After 10 days when my mother was used this product at home suddenly she was faced an electric shock. After that I went to Spencer’s & met to representative who was sold me this product which name is Mr. Ashok in Electronic department and complained him about my problem & asked him for product change or replace to any other product for same price. Mr. Ashok gave me a token and said within 7 working days this problem will be resolve & I will inform you by a phone call. After 15 days I had not received any call from Mr. ashok or Spencer’s customer care. Again I went to Spencer’s & met to Mr. Ashok but still my problem was not resolve & that time, behavior of Mr. Ashok was not acceptable for me. I think no body touch the product.

Mr. Ashok again called me after one week. This to inform you that I am working in Tata Motors Finance & I have not time for follow –up for this issue. But I again & again went to Spencer’s and met Mr. Ashok but my problem sill not solved. Mr. Ashok said that he was unable to replace the product. Then I leave the product at Spencer’s shop and came back to home but I have a token which I got from Spencer’s.

My family is not ready to use the electric roster. If I use the product then who will be responsible for any accident, Mr. Ashok or Spencer’s Retails Ltd. This issue has been passed 4 months but I had not received a single call or any response from Mr. Ashok or Spencer’s side. I am not satisfied with the service of Mr. Ashok & Spencer’s also and I never thought that I purchased cheep class product like that from Spencer’s.

Please resolve my problem becoz I am already suffering from mentally & physically harassment by Mr. Ashok.
