No recharge after one day

I am an airtel customer.i have a on year airtel card.i was easy recharge (offer rc 202) on 04-10-07 8'oclock night.but didn't recharged.the shop keepers actives very bed. In this same problem tobe conitious not for good you.plz actions my recharge and warning the shop keepers and the deilers.my mobile no-9944705785.i love airtel service after action this complentes.
