Registered post not delivered

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have sent a Registered post to Cleveland, USA on May 7th. I have been informed by the Clerk that it would reach the destination in 4-5 business days. However, it's not yet delivered and I am unable to track any registered posts sent online unlike Speed post services. I would request you to take necessary steps and let me know the status at the earliest.
