Shipment not delivered

Hi

I have made an online purchase in the website: www.talash.com, a Rakhi as per the website terms and conditions, the shipment in USA is FREE. I have purchased it on 30 Jul and asked them to deliver on or before 04 AUG as 5th AUG is RAKSHA BANDHAN. To my surprising they have not delivered the shipment and I tried calling their INDIA number and also the USA number, and I never got any response from them. Later I send mail to them and after 3 days, I got reply stating that the address given is in correct, and I have sent couriers to the same address without any problems, and now the website people are not giving any more answers or replies. My purchase value is Rs. 575/-. How do I get my money from that website. The shipment order number is: 189165782. Product Name: Lord Krishna Rakhi with American Diamonds
