Non Receipt of 100 shares after trensfe

I have send 100 shares of Essar Oil Limited by Registered Post No.1005 for transfer in my name to The Company Secretary, Essaqr oil Limited, whose Folio No. EO 175689, Certificate No.168507, Distinctive No (s) 104607003-7102 on 7th September till date I have not receive the share certificate.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
