Non-receipt of Maruti Auto Card

Dear Sir,
The Kolkata dealer of Maruti insisted me for the subscription of Maruti Auto Card during last October. Accordingly i have submitted all the required documents alongwith the signed application form. Thence, people from Delhi and Chennai Citi Bank called me up over telephone in validating my application. Suddenly during early December i have received from your Chennai office requesting me to submit a copy of PAN card (which was already there with the application made in October) in enabling them to issue the Maruti Auto Card. So far as of now i have not in receipt of the card.
I have contacted Mr Sunil Pandit & Mr Abhishek Anand of Kolkata Citi Bank for help. However, they have cordially taken my request and never respond. Whenever i call-up them they seems to be too polite to inform me that they are checking this issue.
I request to see this more seriously and immediately, else i will be forced to escalate the matter to regulator and media.
