I have purchased an aquasure Elegant RO water purifier on 7/09 . The equipment stopped working after 2 weeks time. I made a call to the helpline number 39883333 on 24th sep and registred a complaint. COMPLAINT NUMBER: 81930706 . They promised that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Today is 1st oct, the issue is not yet resolved. Everyday morning i call the helpdesk and I get the same promise "We are extremely sorry for your invonvenience, your issue will be resolved today". I heared this sentence more than 5 times from them. I have a small kid and since we are using bore water its very essential for us to have a water purifier. I explained all these to the helpdesk person but of no use.
This is my advise to all: NEVER BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT .THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS POOREST
