Euro clean wd vaccum cleaner
Non receipt of documents

We have purchased euro clean wd vaccum cleaner in exchange of existing vacuum cleaner on 5-8-07 we have paid an amount of Rs 8690 by cheque no 686545 dated 5-8-07 to your agent Mr yadagiri who had delivered the equipment. we were informed that the proper receipt with warranty and working manual will be supplied within a week. Even though four months have lapsed we have not received the documents we are not able to contact Mr.yadagiri as the phone no.given by Mr yadagiri is not valid any more. none of the local centres are responding to our request please do need ful and arrange to send the relevant documents early.
