Dear Sir/ Madam,

We would like to inform you that, we have sent courier to Roorkee on 24/6 throgh trackon (Airway Bill no: 144 820 157). this courier had to deliver on 26/6. but when i checked online tracking, it was not updated. also i communicated with trackon people, they say that the courier has already been delivered, but as confirmed from our Roorkee (factory) people they say, they never received courier with Airway Bill no: 144 820 157. Hence we asked for POD for the same. now its been three days, we have not yet received Proof of Delivery.

Kindly request you to arrange for the POD at the earliest, as it is already been delayed so much.
