I had recharged my mobile 9316098000 (Reliance CDMA, Punjab Circle) through online ICICI Bank Prepaid mobile recharge facility on November 26. The amount of Rs. 100/- has been debited to my credit card account but I have not received the balance in my mobile account. The transaction details are as under:
