Dear Mam/ Sir,

This is in reference to the payment done for the Prepaid Mobile Recharge for my number -9326416694 on Nov16 of 249.00 Rs. But till TODAY netiher the recharge is done nor I received any message. On bank account the transection is showing SUCCESSFUL.
