Inefficient Third Party Service

Hi,

I have recharged mobile from my ICICI Bank Account. Transaction shows “Success” status, got sms for successful recharge also but not yet credited to my mobile account. Several times I and my colleagues have faced the same issue and I think ICICI/Euronet Worldwide) are inefficient in providing better service. My issue is, please remove such kind of inefficient service if it can’t be improved.

Moreover when I called for Customer Support number, No body picks the phone.
