Not proper service after sales and vehicle giving problem very frequently

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Asheesh Thapar, I belong to a middle class family and belong to a small town tundla, District Firozabad. I purchased this electronic two wheeler vehicle from GAUTAM Evera, which was the then authorised dealer of EVERA AUTO INDIA PVT.LTD. on 30-07-08.

I purchased this vehicle buy getting assurance from the authorised dealer that it is very economic as it run with battery, no fuel consumption is there and apart from charging the battery within it and filling air in the tyre there is no other maintainance. The advertisement given in the local news papaer (like amar ujala and dainik jagran) were also saying the same statement.

The regular call of the dealer enforced me toto purchase the electronic vehicle after paying the full amount in cash (i.e, Rs. 24889 Rs 3111 ([email protected]%) = Rs28000) on 30-07-08.

But unfortunately within 15 days only the horn of the vehicle came into non functioning condition, which was done proper at the showroom of the authorised dealer of tundla only by charging an amount of 50 rupees on the name of the service withot providing any proper bill for that.

After 15-20 days I faced another problem, now the head light and horn both were not working and because of these two errors in the vehicle I met with a minor accident too then I took it again to the showroom and the vehicle was kept for 2-days saying that there is some problem with it's fuse, it will go to the factory in Firozabad which is approximately 15-20 Kms apart from tundla.

The vehicle was given back to me after 2-days and again 100 rupees were cahrged for it, without providing me any proper bill for that service.

Now it became a custom for me that I had to take this vehicle every month to the authorised dealer at tundla and get it fuse proper. That person Mr. Gautam always used to chrge 50-100 rupees for this.

I got fed up with this monthly activity and asked Mr Gautam to refund my money and take his two wheeler back. At this he took me to the factory and almost a permanent solution was provided to me by changing the place of the fuse and accepting it as a manufacturing fault.

Now when ever I use to have any problem related to the vehicle the authorized dealer used to send me straight to the company (factory) at Firozabad, which was not practically possible for me because it was very time consuming activity and I had to leave my work behind for this. Later on I came to know that because of some reasons Mr Gautam had winded up his business (authorised dealership in tundla). Now there was no other option, willingly or un willingly I had to take my vehicle 15-20 kms apart from my home town for the service of the vehicle on any working day leaving my job behind because Sunday was off for them.

At the time of service they never prepare job card and do not provide proper valid bill, in the last service 40 days before they broke my seat base during service and are not ready to aceept that the seat base is broken by them.

Now the major problem that I am facing beacuse of the false commitment and poor service provided by the company is that vehicle is not in running conditin at all. The service man who came over here and saw the vehicle said "it's controller needs reparing which will carge around 400 rupees, and within 2 days your vehicle will be in running condition". it's almost 20 days and when now i have called the supervisor at Firozabad company (factory), he is saying "you have to purcase a new controller worth rupees 1800, and seat base at your own, you have to bring the two wheelel over here (firozabad) at your own, we can't help"

The owner even is not listening my probelm and showing no commitment and responsibility.

Only you can help that is why I am writing it to you, till date this vehicle has brought a loss of rupees 50000 to me.
