Delay in possession

I had booked a falt in second phase in Everst world in Feb with a committment that I will get possession in July. Despite so many reminders and followups I have not got the possession even after paying complete amount alog with parking amount. Response from the builder is hopeless and they are more interested in launching new phases thus duping many prospective home buyers. I expect prospective customers not to get lured by attractive advertising and false committments.
