Not received post pad bill

Sir,

I have taken postpad Airtel sim in CUG plan from last year but I am very sorry to say that, I have inform several time nearest branch office but no any bill received till date from July09 onwards.

This is for your information and what action you will be taken on this matter further, so this type of incident not repeated in future.
