Booking of cylinde

I have gas cylinder before 25 days but i couldnt receive the same till date. now they are saying shortage of gas cylinders. is it correct? pls let me know if i receive one cylinder after how many day should i

apply for new cylinder (as per agencies rule said 15-20 days)? but this process taking so much of time to get the new cylinder ie. appro. 25-30 days. pls help me out of this.

Even they have mentioned wrong customer care number on receipt.
