Sales executive from EVM Vytilla had committed a price before booking a Swift car after consulting with their manager. Since it was difficult for him to come to my location, he informed the price details through phone. This price has been verified atleast 10-12 times with him through phone. But on next day when I went for booking, he was not there and another executive told that it won't be possible to deliver the car in that price. On contacting the first executive, he told that Manager had changed his promise and hence could not give the car in the committed price. It was totally disappointing to get such a pathetic customer interaction from a Maruti dealer. But the problem didn't end there. After some time, they have informed they will deliver with a small discount in accessories (less than 0.5%) and hence we came back to EVM Vytilla, from a different location. In the middle of booking procedure, they again changed their promise regarding the colour of car and delivery date. From the begining itself, we informed the colour to them. But they told that they could give only Silky Silver color and didn't allow us to opt the colour. It seems that they were trying to give us a car which was cancelled by someone else. Both executives informed us that their manager (Jishil) has changed the promise and they could not do anything. Executives also didn't allow us to spoke to Manager. Could not understand if this is the way Maruti wants its dealers to interact with customers.
