We are distributors of BPCL LPG Division. We deliver LPG Cylinders with the help of deliverymen on tricycle.
On 31st Dec. 2009 at 2.10 pm. one of our delivery man was riding his tricycle with loaded cylinders in Shell Colony area. The BEST Bus route no. 357 bearing Registeration no.: MH/01/L/8020 (091916) coming from Shivaji Nagar hit our deliveryman's cycle from behind and drove off without stopping.
Our deliveryman was carrying fully filled LPG gas cylinders. When he was hit by the bus the tricycle toppled. The tricycle was badly damaged including the wheels and the body. Because of the heavy impact all the cylinders were thrown on the road. Fortunately non of the cylinders exploded, otherwise it would have caused much damage to the general public as well as the bus.
We request you to please follow up the matter and let us know what action would you be taking in this matter.
