Charges under powerpack

I got excel power pack. Though it is advertised 500 free sms, when I sent SMS after upgrading to excel power pack it has deducted Rs.1.20 from the balance. Please take up and resolve. Further though contact no. 9400024365 is given 24x7 contact nobody lifts the phone. I am unable to register landlines to avail reduced call rate under this plan for contacting BSNL landline.
