SUBJECT: COMPLAINT AGAINST UNAUTHORISED

BALANCE DEDUCTION FROM ACOUNT

Sir,

1. I am a customer of vodafone prepaid MSISDN 9706794532 since 15 Jul 12. On 15 Jul 12, I recharged the my number with Rs. 117/- and I got Rs. 125 talk time which I had enjoyed with calls to my dear ones but very next day the deduction showed excess deduction from account on which I have not used. Further, I did quiery with customer care on 16 Jul 12. The executive who was online stated that at 1110Hrs there was a call from my number about 58 minutes of duration which resulted in deduction of Rs. 42/- which I was not aware of and I checked the details by dialing *111# on the same time which showed an unknown number which I am not at all concerned. These matters I conveyed to the customer care executive instantly. The response was very poor. During my queries to the customer care I requested to connect me to the higher level. The Nodal Officer Mr. Ansuman Sakya who interm replied with satisfactory reply and ensured further investigation on my grievance. Till date, there is no development on the subject.

2. On 30 Jul 12, my account was again deducted with Rs. 10/- on which I enquired customer care resulting a report of ISD SMS to 004366 two times from my number which is a false statement. There were no sent SMS items on my mobile and there was not any alert on my balance deduction. The complaint was registered on the subject and I requested the complaint registration number but the executive said the details will be sent to your number very shortly. But Till date I did not received any message from customer care.

3. Further on 03 Aug 12, there was a deduction of Rs.10 from my account which I could not register with the customer care due to server rejection.

4. In view of my above grievnces, you are humbly requested to look into the matter and may please be initiate a speedy action on my requests and grievances.
