We had purchased Exide Traction Battery (model No. 24TLF17, 48V 443Ah) in MAY'08, With in two month it has shown poor back, so i complained to the dealer. This is to bring for your kind remembrance for our forklift As after two months later from the implementation of battery, we are continuously facing the problems in battery some of which is like that the battery is not charging well or the back-up problems, etc. As while going through the complaint we had made so many calls to Mr. Satishji and always he persuaded to us. So then we are writing this complaint to you and requesting you to please look out after that.
In this regard i want your help. So please guide me in right way.
