Attery damage in warranty period

I purches a battery for invertor, my battery model name in1350plus.now my battery is full damege (back up time 1.30hrs) but my exide battery dealer not change my battery, but my battery under warranty period, battery purches date is 17.4.2008 and my dealer is -Action Battery Industries (exide batteries code no 6821) 427G.T ROAD MAHESH HOGHLY WESTBENGAL. MOBILE NO-9830042057. MY battery gravity is cell1-1150, cell 2-1140, cell 3-1150 cell 4-1150, cell6-1150, so please help me and take action
