Startin problem

I have a bike bajaj xcd125cc. I give it for service of baterry for the last three times to your authorised dealor named "RINE SALES & SERVICES" adressed "B-3, Kashyap complex, 71, sampatrao colony, B.P.C.Road, Alkapuri, vadodara-3*0007 Dealorship code no. BARO-029329-E09. He has never do anything in service from last 8 month from the purchase of bike 15.10.2008.Always he write ok in the service record for the last 8 month.

I face problem of starting the bike but he tells that there is no problem in baterry.

so please do needfull in this matter.
