I had purchased this battery (exide inverter plus IN 1350 PLUS) on 22/04 from royal international, birati, kolkata. After about 16 months it started giving less backup. In recent days during powercuts it runs for barely 1.5 hrs with only 1 fan and 1 light running. It should be running 6 points for about 4 hrs minimum. the royal international has closed its services. so i would request you to offer us a proper service of the battery.
