On 27/03/09 I have purchased one battery of type-CS7-12, SL NO. 760899, Mfg.code-4W8, from Exide Industries Limited for my UPS using with my computer.
On 12/11/09 I have complained to my sailer as the battery is not giving any back up. The shop keeper give a paper with claim no. 3433 dt 12.11.09 to consult with the service center as it is under warrenty period.
At the service center they have received my battery and for my urgent use they help a service battery for help. On 21/11/09 I have received my battery after charging the same. On 23/12/09 again same old problem has arrise i.e. not getting any back up. Now with every power cut my computer put off within15-20 sec without giving sufficient back-up time for proper shut down of my system.
Pl help me to resolve the matter immediately.
