Non delivery, no imtimation

There is no proecudure in the companies internal working, which delivery boy is assigend, and whom is he supposed to contact, whom did he actually contact, why and when did he call on the number of consignee, Please remove the ISO certfication of this company, i guess it is bogus, such sluggish response. It's because they are not accountable to us, but to the HDFC bank and bank does'nt care
