Non receipt of courie

I was to receive my pan card from nsdl.they sent the same through expressit courier service.as per tracking details expressit say they have deliver the courier on 07/02 to one mr. nirmal (Aunt).in the first place Nirmal is not my Aunt but he is my watchman and secondly he says he has not received any courier.on complaining with expressit they r telling only one thing that the courier has been delivered.
