Cannot Delieverd PAN Card but They showed in tracking details they entred wrong delievery

Dear Sir,

I cannot recieved my pan card yet, but when I checked in tracking system of this company we find that they delievered the pan to wrong person SATYA but there is no any person named Satya at the Given Address as C-76, RDC raj Nagar Ghaziabad, The bill no is 2689035661.

So, What we can do in this regards, I called many times but they never picked the phone. They also mention the delievered time is 23.00 hrs.

You can realise how it is possible.
