I submitted my father's pan no application on 30 aug in incometax department. Due to some problem income tax delayed to generate my father's pan card. At last i got the pan no on october month (a big THANX to incometax for his quick service). But incometax have the right to obtain 100/100 marks for chosen the third class courier compony to deliver pan card. yes i m talking abt the Express It courier compony. They didn't make any call, they didn't have any idea hw to serve, finally they return my father's pan card to incometax department. can incometax department tell me that why they hv chosen this third class compony for deliver pan card.

such kind of courier companies spoil the service industry name and customer satisfaction rates.

I was spoken to by the courier company Hisaar of Express IT couriers who was non flexible and non customer service oriented too.
