ICICI Bank Credit Card despatched by the bank on 03 November vide AW Number 8071480642 through ExpressIT Courier did not reach me so far.
On enquiry today, the bank verified the status and informed that the card was not delivered as I was not available at my address, whereas being an Army Officer, I am available in the office everyday including holidays as it is my office address.
Today I enquired from the Courier Office at Lucknow on the telephone number 0522-3263830 provided to me by the bank and I was told that they will come back, but there was no response so far.
