I had too experience the same, i have to revieve some courier form ICICI bank but i had not received till dated when we call there customer care no one give proper response. The same monthly statement for ICICI bank is being received form some other courier company i am getting every 15th of the month but this does not co ordinate with the customer and get redispatch the courier saying that Address is incorrect.
I had also investigated the problem is that they keep the delivery Boys. who are inexperience and do not have local identification so they just get dam if the address is little difficult they just state that address is incorrect and False report
