Non- Delivery of courie

Courier boy who came in today morning doesnot have civilised manner and does not have common sense to judge genuinity of ID proof asked for as my name appear as N.K.Ishwar on my DL. He did not deliver and gone back saying I will not deliver the packet. In my opinion, it is his discretion which is absolutely wrong as the courier boy normally not well educated and traind. Plz. deleiver my courier as my residence as early as possible otherwise I am free to take legal recource. My docket No. is 7054428102
