Express IT Courier
Courier not recieved

Dear Sir,

I had requested some important documents from ICICI bank on 6th Oct. next day, I recuieved SMS saying ur documents have been despatched thorugh Express IT courier AWB no. 2632129743 and 574467216.

The documents were supposed to come within 9 working days. However 15 days have passed and I have not recieved any courier from Express IT, neither I have recieved any feedback. When I contacted ICICI bank for details, they gave me two contact nos, one of which is not working and other one is always busy or switched off.

How can such delay occur for the delivery within the city?

I am fed up of such a nuisance.

kindly look into the matter personally and improve ur service.
