A courier was sent by Kotak Bank to with the name Venkat KIshore with AWB No 8070408102 on 04/10/08. But it was not delivered Still.

The cover contains an Credit Card which issued by the Kotak Banks Ltd

I would like to bring the matter to your notice, so that you will enquire about it and see that it will not repeat again
