Missing of PAN Card

I have applied for PAN CARD and ack no. is 060890100073865 dated 31st October. After enquiry it is learnt that My PAN CARD NO. AHYPV 4444L despatched through Express-it Logistic World wide Ltd Courier vide bill no. 2685985551 dated 07th November, 08, But I am not received PAN CARD yet.
