Did not recieved PAN card

Team,

I have not recived my PAN card till date i had recieved the sms stating my air bill number 2825535576.

But have not recieved the same till date.

I had recieved the sms on 24, Oct, and till date, i have not recieved the same.

Please do some thing about it.
