Placement after completion of course

I had been promised by college that i will get placement after completion of my M.Sc biotechnology in any organization, but they had not done for any student of my batch .u can see any

clearly on the roads of bhopal, madhy pradesh, [banners on the side of the road number 1 in placement ].but they had not done for any student and they had asked for 1 lakh rupees as there for course.my college is located in, jahangirabad bhopal, madhya pradesh.my college name is extol institute of management, affilated to barkatullah university, i had got 74 %also in my msc, please help me.
