Someone using my account

I have salary account in your bank, mastercard. i have recd a mail from your bank that someone using my account then i will check and i found that on April 9 my account has debited from rs 3000.00 and then credited (cash) on April 10 on the same amout. i did not depoist any cash in my account.

please do needful in this regard.
