this is in reference to my complains registered with your service centre Ms Adinath services, shop no 35 goyal plaza kasturba rd no4 borivili east mumbai. complain no is 172879

i had registered a complain with the above service centre regarding my cooktop hob being charred completely and would like to go for replacement since it comes under warranty.

i am in touch with mr nitin who is the manager at the centre as well as many service centre girls known as savita, pooja, sangita.

after registering several complains with the centre, one fine day technician mr mohan comes and we provide copy of the bill and warranty since its required for repalcement under warranty.

after waiting fr the replacements no one turns up and then registering complains with the service centre again, some new technician mr khan comes and register the problem and again asks for copy of bill and warranty.

we provide it to them.

like this its 1 month has passed by and i ve recvd only small hob has been replaced. when i asked and enquired for it again today, i was told that its been shipped from USA to INDIA thats why its taking so loooong.

i am surprised what a stupid answer given to me.

sir i am been harrased by this service centre since last 1 month. I feel they shod be removed from ur authorized service centre list.

kindly solve my problem at the earliest
