The person is pracising in the heart of the town and there is no one to check the menace and the wrong criteria he has adopted. The degree of MS with which he started disclosing his degrees is not connected with Physiotherapy. Even none of the degree is connected with Phsyiotherapy. I think he is making fool to the well educated persons by disclosing himself as MS (Masters in Surgery)

Honourable Khemaniji,
I got a very funny experience to day. My Senior Citizen Uncle had a problem of pain in left leg. So, I went alongwith him to a doctor who has having a good practice in Phagwara. As we had tried the other ortho physicians of the town. We went to the doctor who has started the practice with great pump and show, with 6-8 bed ortho hospital with machineries concerned with ortho treatment.

Madhok: Dr. Sahib, I could not under stand what is the full form of MS. Is it Master of Surgery. As you are concerned with Ortho I hope that it would be.
Dr. Amit: Yeah.
Madhok: Dr. Sahib from where you got this degree.
Dr. Amit: He became a bit confused. Then after a while told me that I got this degree of Post Graduation from Australia.
Madhok: Doctor Sahib, from where you did your graduation.
Dr. Amit: From medical college Bikaner.
Madhok: Dr. Sahib as you don't belong to Phagwara how you came here and started practice in this town.
Dr. Amit: I have a degree, which has great specialization. Only 4 doctors in India have this degree. Lovely Professional University appraoched me as I had been serving in the ortho hospital in Amritsar after inquiring from so many doctors. As Lovely Professional university's Vice Chancellor was going to start Masters in Physiotherapy. So, he contacted me at Amritsar and placed the blank cheque before me and said me that we need your services in our faculty. So, I came and joined Lovely professional university as Head of the department. As my job is of only one hour. So, I had been going to the faculty from jalandhar. So, I preferred to choose Phagwara as my head quarter as it is very easy Lovely University from Phagwara.
Madhok: Dr. Sahib but in Lovely professional University's prospectus there is nothing mentioned about your services.
Dr. Amit: I am specialized in ortho so my services are highly paid. It is my own will on which day i go to take the class.
Madhok: What is your father.
Dr. Amit: He is the Senior Engineer in Bridges and Canal department of PWD.
Madhok: Whether your wife also attend to the patients.
Madhok: Why you came back from Australia after getting a rare specialization. In Australia you can be very hadsomely paid.
Dr. Amit; Actually in Australia the doctor has to clear so much tests that is very difficult to get through.
Dr. Amit: yes, She is MPT, (I am sure he has referred to Master of Sports & phisiotherapy), but no where her name is mentioned on the sign board or on the OPD Card.
Madhok: What is your next plan.
Dr. Amit: I shall migrate to United states of America as there is a great demand of doctors there.
Madhok: Dr. Sahib, In U.S.A. the doctor has to clear USMLE Test. Which has two stages. Whether you have cleared both the steps.
Dr. Amit: No, my wife will get a job as Physiotherapist over there as it is in great demand.
Sir, Kindly look in to the OPD card attached herewith. There is no where mentioned the name of the Doctor with his qualification. In the morning I had called Dr. Amit on his Mobile Number
94175-46444 as the patients had been standing on the road and the hospital had been locked till 9:30 AM.
From his stock he gave a packet of 10 capsules named Pgm and 10 tablets of sleeping pills and charged Rs. 250/- and prescribed the medicines as per the attached FAX message.

Points to be noted:
1. Doctor's name is nowhere in the OPD card.
2. No, Registeration number of the doctor who prescribed medicines.
3. Doctor can prescibe medicines to the patient but can't give the prescribed medicines. Only Pharmacists are allowed to sell medicines.
4. Dr. mentioned treatment details of 1. Zevit and No. 2. Ostofit-C Both are multivitamins and Calcium tablets.
5. In the inner side of the OPD card he mentioned details of prescribed medicines like Pgm and so on. without his signatures and on which capacity he prescribed the medicines.
6. Dr. Amit put his signatures no where but he prescibed medicines in his own handwriting.
