I sent just a letter (not a Gift) by FALCON COURIER for Urgent basics, but take amount for it. I told them its very urgent.they assired me its ok, they will snt it within 2 days.after that after 3 days when i ph them, they told me we lost ur letter.but try.after 1 days they call me and said if i paid some amount of money then they sent my letter to the sender address.i agreed with them because its urgent for me.bit till now it is not delovered.plz take action on it... it is in sonarpur, kolkata -700150
