Kindly refer to our parcel packet No. EE 009713785 –TW & EE009714018-TW & and against the same, our authorized person Mr. Chandrakant Bhaud was visited today to your office alongwith all original documents invoices, bank payment tt copy, import & export code no. detail but in your office Our Person was very well insulted with words IDEAT. We would like to know the reason of same.
If you will not accept our above complaint and will not reply satisfactory, we will lodge complaint against you and your ems dept., we have full rights to claim for damaging
Good will of authorized person Mr. Chandrakant Bhaud & also harming, damaging prestige of our co.amongs several peoples who were visited on the same time.
Above both packets were arrived on 5th Nov. It was your dept. duty to get the all enquiries by sending intimation letter but instead of that when we are sending our authorized person together withal papers, our person get insult in your office amongs several office. Why you are Keeping packets with you since last 2 weeks, what is the reason behind to that? who is bear this loss of all packets from whom we remitted money. Your pion in Ems Vile Parle Dept. are saying to ourperson that we are doing fraud Business. Now we would like to know what kind of fraud we have done with ems dept.
We are claiming for Rs. 1, 00, 000 for insulting our person in your dept. office between all the general public and also Rs. 1, 00, 000 for damaging our co. prestige and goodwill., If you will not reply satisfactory, we will reach to consumer court,
Today we are very upset with your dept. behavior and also service which you provide, Your superior dept. and govt. dept. today both are trying your best level to make broad and develop the business of ems/speed post at everylevel to compite your all courier competitors and therefore everywhere in the part of India and in the world, you people are talking about better service of ems by giving so many advertisement in news paper, t.v., so this is the service you provide as mentioned above. Only to insult small poor people who visit together with all original documents (true documents) in your office and insulting with cheap and abused language words like Ideat.
Now pl. explain us what is the meaning of IDEAT???
Kindly immediately reply us satisfactory for the insulting tour person as mentioned above
For insulting our person Mr. Chandrakant Bhaud and harming our co. good will amongs several person, we are claming Rs. 1, 00, 000 for each or we need satisfactory reply
Otherwise we will keep our above complaint through news papers and at Loksabha Memebrs/ Ministry level / head of all post office dept./ Consument court too.
I today specially request to ems/speed post dept. the person who do not have manner how to talk with small client also. Pl. do not keep such kind of person on your valuable post.
ON Good faith we trust on EMS dept. where as Ems. dept. insult the people then how can you expect to develop and increase your ems business when such kind of persons are sitted on valuable post? How youwill compite courrier co. when you see your dept. behavior.
