I have given my Motorola mobile model No. A-810 for some repair work at their Noida base service centre Ambe Electronics on 10/11/08 and details are as follows: -

But from very 1st day on eveyt enquiry they are saying it will 48 hrs. and also saying that company is not sending data cable for software installation, on 14th they have given me their customer care number (Complaint No. 081114007755 dated 1411/08) and customer care executives are telling me same story that it will take 48 Hrs. every time and tell me they they have forwarded my request to their office and we have no update till this time for same and their customer handling style is too rude.
See now a days mobiles are life line of one and I lost my life line due to just Motorola, I am unable to make & receive my calls, this I have not expected this type of ridiculous service from a reputed company like Motorala.
