Faulty wrist watch

I had bought watch on 01. 09. 09 from army watch co jammu for RS 2475.

i m facing problem of water entry repeatedly 3 times even after repair.

on 27/11/09 i had given the watch to army watch co jammu.for replacement till date i havent recieved back after replacement.

kindly look into the matter & do the needful
