Improper response and delay in 1hr 3rd from booked time

Hi to all,

It was bad experiance using fast track chennai, this was my 1st diwali after my marriage. i had booked car for 6 PM to chach up 9 PM train. I waited till 6.15 pm they have not come, i called to this number 04424732020.they told traffic with in 10 min it will reach. so i waited for 20 min. No response from them, agian called to them same answer for 4 of calls. finaly they told it was cancelled.

Then my trip was cancelled due to this poor service, it should never happen to anyone. incase of emergency dont use Fast track.

Please suggest if any good sevice provider.
