Offered Post Paid Connection for the Same Number but not activated since one week

Hi,

I have call call that, My number is selected for Post paid connection from Vodafone. Then their executive asked me all documents and charged me 250/- cash vide receipt No.25505 Dated 29/06. But They promised that i will be activated with in 2 days . but its almost a week. but No calls from them. Their Numbers are not working. I cant contact them at all. Pls return my money take your Sim back.
